The network game does not work!

Can not play on the local with bots and in general!

After clicking on the Create button, nothing happens! The button becomes gray and it only remains to go out and play in solo!

What could be the problem ?
(I reinstalled the game, deleted all files before installation, and nothing changes)

I found the reason!
The firewall blocked any connection, therefore it was not possible to enter the network game even with a bot!

The problem is solved, who has similar problems, look for the cause in your Anti-Virus!
