Request re auto-upgrade and Entertainment Network

Hi,

Firstly, I've had to submit this from Chrome because Opera doesn't seem to work with the submission form at the moment. I wonder whether anybody else has experienced this?

I know it's been requested before but please could we have the option to globally turn off auto-upgrades of planets.

The most annoying one by far is of Entertainment Centres to Entertainment Network which take one Arnor Spice which you're saving up for a scientist's epiphany. If for some reason you really don't want to have a global option, please could you at least change the requirement for this upgrade. I spend ages - or at it seems so - cycling through the planet windows to rescind the individual upgrades and turn off auto-upgrade for any (captured) planet that has an entertainment centre. Not a big deal but at least mildly irritating.

Turning off auto-upgrade is the first thing I do after colonizing a planet or invading one. Would love a global option.

Ive been asking for this since 2013. Not just for auto upgrade, but for the other planetary governor option. Im not saying getting rid of planet level, but have them both. Planetary trumping global. With an option to reset back to global all colonies. Yes i agree.

Lack of global management tools was the single worst thing about GC2.  If this changed for the better with 3, that'd be awesome.
