Looking for feedback on the Wiki

As you may or may not know, there is a Wiki for Galactic Civilizations III.

It is somewhat out of date on a few things. And I'd like to know what our players would like to see in it.

I am currently working on a page for Citizens. Still some left to add to it. And have also made a page with all the Citizen portraits, mostly because I though they look cool and wanted somewhere to see them all.

To do list

  • Finish Citizens page
  • Add data to Major Civilizations page for basegame
  • Create pages for the civs introduced in Crusade
  • Check Tourism and Trade if it needs to be updated
  • Make page for Espionage mechanic

Off the top of my head:

- Explain Tourism mechanics (how is it calculated exactly)

- Describe espionage, explain counter espionage mechanics, explain effect of spy levels

I saw that, but it is still hazy about how tourism income is calculated. From a strategic point of view that would be quite valuable to know ...

Hey Rhonin_the_wizard, I want a race management technical page. If possible I needs 2 know how to limit race inclusion in randomized opponent games! For instance say I made a copy of a race w slightly changed abilities to use, and of course I can't erase a default race. Fighting a mirror of yourself is the height of boring to me.

 

@ devs: maybe I'm stupid but I don't see a point to the Quick Start button on the main menu, barring even race pick - unless it were to re-roll the galaxy for players who like the feeling of discovering they are sitting on an oil field. Is that who you're catering to? /grumpy
