Icon`s text as desktop`s transparent !!!?

Is it possible to move above mentioned text and it`s box
as transparent of desktop ?

My version of WindowBlinds is 4.

If you wish to hide the text from desktop icons you can use WindowFX. You can also apply other FX like e.g. Tile Mode, Transparent or 3D Backgrounds. It could be what you're looking for.
