Serious Population bugs in first Altarian Campaign mission (maybe in other missions, not tested yet)

In the opening mission ( I was replaying it recently) for the Altarian campaign, the population of all your planets will decrease to values of 0, no matter what you do to increase the pop.  This makes it impossible to load any transports, among other obvious issues.  It does not result in a game over, but it does make beating the mission impossible. This only occurred after upgrading to Crusade. I am not certain how many other campaign mission are affected yet.

There are numerous bugs reported with the campaigns when played under Crusade, the developers are aware of them and are working on them.  I think the only one that works is the tutorial that came with Crusade.  Fortunately Stardock is shipping patches as fast as they can, so I expect them to be fixed at some point.

I tested this on all the campaigns I had unlocked, and yes, it appears to be the case for all of them.

This was fixed in a recent hotpatch, and the campaigns (at least the ones I've played so far) are functional in both the 2.2 patch and the 2.21 opt-in.
