This Game Cannot Be Played

I cannot play this game. I enter into the game, I receive a Message of the day, but the box does not work (Doesn't Let Me Close It). Is this going to be fixed? The game is $39.99 and if it's not fixed, it will be refunded through via Steam.

What is your resolution? Since if you have under the minimum required specs you will have problem and 1080p is minimum, I belive you can change the resolution in files but not sure which it is if, but if posible I guess some1 will point it out,
