Only question is which to buy.
Am looking at both deluxe and gold.
Deluxe says "comes with extra key."
I'm curious what this means.
- Do all the versions come with sharable keys, and deluxe comes with an "extra"?
- What, precisely, does the Key enable?
- Do I need to purchase two copies (and/or use my extra key) if I want access from both my home PC and my work machine, which is a Mac?
- If you share the key with someone, can you retract their access and re-share with someone else? In other words, is the key reusable if I want to play with more than one friend?
Let me know. This will help me make my purchase decision.
Am leaning towards gold package, but it will depend on whether I want/need the key.
The Deluxe version comes with an extra key for the standard version of the game that you can give you someone else. It also includes a couple of the DLCs.
The Gold bundle includes the game and DLC. There is no extra key with this.
Once you give a key to someone you cannot revoke it. It is theirs.
When you purchase an item on Steam, you can install on any of your computers.
