EDIT: CD install buggy.  Finally got phone help.  All good.

Purchased mass effect triology on cd from amazon.  Have tried 9 or 10 times to install game via cd.  it wanted account with origin set up.  I sucessfully did so.  I try install game - it rejects serial number (yes, chcked caps lock, yada).  And wehn I try to go to customer service / help on orign site, it always says no access cause either site is down or too busy.  I have tried over 10 days times, various times of day. Anyone have experience with origin site to permit a game to be installed?  Suggestions? I'm about ready to return game to seller, but would prefer not to if I can get it installed.  (Its not a steam game)
