Most embarrassing Founder revelation ever? After 1000s of hours playing this game I just discovered today that holding my mouse scroll wheel down allows me to rotate ship designs and the map.
I guess that's not bad for a Monday?
Ouch. I can see not really needing it for the map, but the ship designer would be a different thing. It is active in the Detailed reports on ships. You should also check out the free camera mode in the Battle Viewer!

Yea, i had that exact same problem at first too. Only by asking in the forum was i able to find out.
In Galciv2, the rotation is controlled by arrows, so that is what i was looking for in Galciv3, but its not there, and i am like WTF?
