Purchased new PC & want to transfer SD software to it.

What is the procedure for transfer?

So I have a new PC and want to transfer some SD programs to it.

I guess my first question is can I, or do I have to purchase a new license?

I plan on deleting the programs from my old PC, so two copies wouldn't be active at the same time. Is that acceptable?

Deactivate the programs from your current PC, Install them on the new one.

If you want to use the stuff on both, yes, you can do that as well.
