CHALLENGE to Top 40 players and Developers to help with balancing this AWESOME GAME

Dont telling that u dont do anythink! I just want get off stress from all players about "BAD THINGS"

Pls make some:
"TOOL" to discuss about ballance with US or without us (when,with,where) forum is BAD for this.
"BOARD" with actual Future ballance changes that will be soon-DECIDED pending to change or fix
"BOARD" with actual issue discussing about ballance changes - In testing and disscusing ( in "TOOL")
"BOARD" with probable future or in queuve Issue ballance (solved-denied-pending etc) 

Tool -Create some group, Chat, IRC, when top player will discuss about changes what is "NEEDED" with you or without you developers

This game have great potencial.
So players have time to deal with balancing the game as time past and game evolve.
