The Exclamation Point In The Ship Designs.....HUH?:

I apologize if I missed it, but in the latest and greatest patch 1.7, under the ship designs, there is a "exclamation mark."  What does the "exclamation mark" mean, and it goes away if you click on it - while the ship remains.  How do you get the "exclamation mark" back???  Inquiring minds wanna know...............

Yeah, when I saw that I expected some sort of tooltip to pop up when I moused over it to explain what it meant, but ... nothing.  As far as I can tell it just means you haven't yet clicked on that design.

During the stream of the beta version on March 24, Paul said that it is for a new design.  It goes away when you click on the new design to acknowledge it, so Publius is right.  Paul also said that he might put a timer on it so that is automatically disappears after enough turns.

It means that its  a new ship design.
