there is some glitch going on on the steam page - the game is advertised as being on sale but on its store page it is still full price and at the checkout it is still full price

 

take a look at the steam forums to see other people say this - i certainly got this too, i was going to get it on sale, but not while it is refusing to actually apply the discount

There was a glitch on Steam last night, but it was quickly resolved and should be fine now.
