Game Setup - Use Localized Data

In the Game Setup what does Use Localized Data mean? There is no tooltip, it is not in the manual and there is nothing in the Wiki about it. Someone really should document this.

Probably the same as in GC2 > Use Localized Data: When enabled this option will have the game use translated text and voiceover data (if available). If disabled, the game will play in English (default).
