A couple of issues:

The Govern Planet window overlaps the production/economy details - the window needs to be shifted up (as in earlier versions)

Ultraterraforming tech is showing as OmegaTerraforming_Name.

That'll happen with games started before 1.3. They removed the Ultra Terraformer in 1.3 due to balancing issues, but the placeholder is still there for older games. It'll be gone completely when you start a new game.
