Battle abandoned bug

I have experienced the following twice - once in the final battle against the SK

Into the battle turn 2 or 3 and all of sudden screen comes up saying that I have won.

The battle was no where near finished.

i think one of the minions has some retreat ability. no idea why the AI likes to use it so much
