Bad Tactical Map in 5.3 Opt-In

My scout was attacked by a group of skeletons.  While deciding what to do, I noticed that the scout's allowed movement area went well beyond the usual area.  I was able to move to all edges and corners of the map.  This screenshot shows some of the evidence.  I thought I had taken more screenshots, but I guess I used F12, which doesn't work in SK, instead of PrntScr.  The red arrow points to a rock that isn't an obstruction.  The skeletons and my scout could walk through it and even stop "under" it.

I hope this is shows enough to determine which map is the problem.

I decided to see if I had an autosave that would allow me to reproduce this.  It turns out I did, and I made a save that starts with the battle.  However, since a random map is chosen each time, the bad map comes up only about every fourth or fifth time.  I did get some more screenshots.

If anyone wants to try the save, here it is.  It will probably be necessary to load it several times before the bad map is used for the battle.
