If I understood it right, the sorcerer king is trying to draw all magic into himself/herself to become immortal / godlike. This will kill everything else in the world. If I played as a good character against the sorcerer king, how would that fit?

just because your intentions were good doesnt necessarily mean thats how the rest of the world would see it... your usurpation of the sorcerer king could be misinterpreted as an attempt to replace em... at which point you would have to use a combination of diplomacy, strength, and magic to either do so, or reunite the world in balance.

i honestly feel like this idea is a must so as to truly capitalize on what the game is trying to do

it would be an amazing final act to the story

a really great way to play with the unique kingdom that youve built up over the course of the game.

This question brought me to an interesting concept....

Wouldn't it be cool if at the Final battle w/ the SK, their 'identity' was revealed....

What if they were revealed to be one of the defunct faction leaders from FE???

Or what if they were, in fact, one of the leaders from one of the rivals???

Then, depending on who the SK was, they may have a slightly different set of attacks/spells/guards in the final boss battle...

ahh, wouldn't that be cool?????
