Why does Celestial Tourism have such a high research cost in the Krynn tech tree?

Branching out of Commerce Specialization in the Krynn tech tree, there are three options: Xeno Economics, Interstellar Trade, and Celestial Tourism. For my game right now, Xeno Economics will take 6 turns, Interstellar Trade will take 5 turns, and Celestial Tourism will take 21 turns. Is this intentional or a bug?

I wondered that myself.  I thought maybe they made it that way to slow down the Krynn, who are otherwise very fast expanders.  But it could be a bug.

It's a bug, likely just a typo in the KrynnTechDefs.xml file. It's research cost is set to 390 (higher than any other tech). It should probably be 88 or perhaps 90 which is more in line with other factions (other factions are 88).

Nearly a year later now, this bug still around? Or is it supposed to be impossible to research tourism as the Krynn?
