What is fleet logistics? Where do i see it in game?
Ideology requires points and some buildings generate points, but how do i see what is my ideology point production per turn is and how many do i currently have?

Fleet logistics determine how many ships you can have ina fleet.
Starts at 15 and adds more based on tech and such.
Each ship cost 2,3,5,7... points that are deducted.
For example, the starting cap of 15 you can have 1 medium ship(5) and 5 tiny ships(5x2).
The top bar with the name of the ideology is a progress bar and you can hover over it to see points needed. I agree they need to expose this information in the tooltips.
When you select a fleet (more than one ship) the info window lower left has it on the far right. I'm still looking for it everywhere else.
It's important to note logistics is not how many ship's your empire can have total just how many you can have in one fleet. So it only makes sense in the context of a fleet really.
