Positives...

  • The game is using less memory than before on insane maps with 40+ AI, however no where near where Frogboy posted.  memory usage is at 5.3 MB.

  • The game is using 100% of my 8 core cpu during compute cycles, unfortunately this also caused an issue at the beginning of the game.

Negatives...

  • The game showed using 100% of my 8 core cpu after starting a new game.  The game then hung for about 5 minutes during the first turn on wait until finally it cleared.
  • After upgrading my constructors for colony ships they still pictured the constructors in orbit around the planet instead of the colony ships even though they were colony ships.

  • Edge scrolling still not working.
  • The game is still not closing upon exit.
  • The Interface let's you choose what screenshot format you want, however, doesn't tell you how to take said screenshot.  (I have just been using the windows print screen.)

Another one...  Old saved custom races don't uses the 5000 starting credits...  Even if you copy race to edit, it still defaults to the original credits that races got when you created the races.

Game still gets increasingly choppy (not smooth) with ship movement on insane maps with 45+ races in them around 200 turns when trading for exploration.  Didn't re-open ticket or create new one as the support site wasn't working tonight as I'm posting this.  I will create support ticket tomorrow...   Update:  Ticket: #UDM-452-98145
