He's the host, as the host hacking is easy. I think dedicated servers will solve this issue eventually.

I don't understand cheaters.  What's the point in playing the game if you automatically win each time?

there is no understanding cheaters. The decision to cheat comes from an ignorant and lazy mind that doesn't see how hollow empty meaningless victories are.

There should be a sticky for confirmed cheaters, here, and on the Steam forums. There is no place in a multi-player game for CONFIRMED cheaters.
