Ill pay you in compliments for a Changelog of the upcoming beta 5. Do you have an ETA nailed down yet?
I'd say sometime in mid-March if everything continues to stay on schedule, but that's completely tentative. When they get the changelog together and ready, it'll be posted. 
Based on the comments from Stardock including Frogboy, Island Dog etc. and the streams I guess the change log will include
- Better crafting UI
- Revised Sovereigns skill tree , which works e.g. provide the promised features (heroes, more enhancements)
- Revised Heroes skill tree
- Additional heroes
- More terrain features
- Hopefully also revised spells description and cost
- Hopefully also revised skills description and cost
- Other nice things
