Transmutation doesn't work as stated.  It doesn't allow you to convert one item into another of equal rarity it simply summons an item.  I always get the Rubber Ducky with +1 Initiative.

I was able to add Transmute Level I in the skill tree, whose description actually sounds like the Transmutation spell I already have, except it says random common items.  I still only have the Transmutation spell and still only get the Rubber Ducky. 

Legendary Craftsman doesn't seem to do anything at all.  I still only have 3 enchantment slots and the same 8 basic enchantments.

I'm also seeing frequent crashes.  Mostly happens when I'm enchanting a large number of newly crafted items.  Game always crashes after saving three or four enchanted items.  Game also crashes during routine gameplay.

Someone said that if you have the capacity for four slots on items, you can enchant four with four crafting items and/or enchantment bonuses but the fourth one won't appear graphically.  Also if you have already made items with three enchantments you can't currently add a fourth (because they already say "fully enchanted").
