How do you register a steam key on the forums?

As the title says, I am trying to get an owners badge under my name but I have no idea how to do so, any help would be greatly appreciated and I apologize in advance if this has been asked about previously.

You have to be a Galactic Civilizations III Founder to have gotten one of those. It's tied to your Stardock account, not with a Steam key.
