I have just stumbled across this game which looks amazing. Does anyone know when early access goes on sale?
That's a good question as what would be the difference from Early Access (purchase normal through steam) and the regular Founders Edition, that also get's early access? (Just the Founders Vault?)
They thank people that are Founders for the support which is great and I appreciate it, however, if normal players get access when early access goes on sale than what's the point?
Just a thought I'm not understanding the what each is. This is how I read it when the information was still on the website...
Founders Elite Edition ($79.99)
- Prototype of game. (Get to play now, according to information keys normally went out the follow mondays)
- Access to restricted forums on the website.
- Access to Founders Vault
- An extra copy of the game. (Which also get's prototype access)
- $20 coupons for people to join now (Also get prototype access)
- Continued access to the game throughout the process and complete game upon release.
Founders Edition ($34.99)
- Access to Founders Vault
- Early Access to the game (No access to prototype even though you pay more than people that get the $20 coupon)
- Continued access to the game upon release.
Early Edition (Unknown)
- Early Access to the game, when available on Steam for early purchase.
- Full game upon release.
Coupon Code ($20)
- Prototype of game (Get to play now)
- Access to restricted forums to provide feedback
- Continued access to the game throughout the process and complete game upon release.
Now I know I may not understand the process completely and feel free to correct me as I may just be confused, however, it appears in this situation, that the people who supported the game and purchased the Founders Edition are getting left out of the prototype and not going to get any earlier access than people who will purchase the game when released on Steam for early access? And where people who aren't paying as much with the coupons, (basically took the cheap way out, get access right now?)
With all this being said, I do support the game and think it will be great.... Looking forward to it and any clarification on my understanding of the process would be appreciated.
Thanks for everything keep up the good work.
