Just watched the replay, just wanted to say that the strategic map looks quite a bit better.

 

Also, not sure how long they've been in there because I haven't watched the last couple but the the turn indicated in tactical combat (on the left, turn 4, turn 5 etc) is great... would like to see that backported to LH.

And I like the particle effects behind the strategic spell book, although I think it could probably be toned down a notch or two... it's great but almost to the point of being distracting.
