Yeah that was the only real reason I could see other than getting access to the prototype to spend the extra $45 to get the Elite Founders Edition. Unfortunately most of the people I game with I meet online therefore I don't know anyone else that's interested in splitting the cost with me and I don't trust anyone online to get me their part of the cost. So, I can't justify an extra $45 just to get access to the prototype, just to give away the key. Thanks though for the reply eneskadi.
On the other note, attempted to look you up, found one option but no profile so couldn't add you to my friend list.
Truthfully I wish there was something in between the Elite Founder and the current Founder's edition, being right now someone with a friend can either get a key from someone else or pay $20 with their friends coupon code and get access to the game, (just not to Founder's Vault), where as the Founder, get's access to the Founders Vault but no access to the game. 
I would gladly pay an extra $10 to play the prototype, but not $45
Oh well, here's looking forward to when the game is available for early release.
Yeah, it's not in Early Access right now. You'll just have to stay tuned for news about updates.
