Heroes spawning

Whatever happened to new heroes spawning at your capital instead of right next to your sovereign? I could not find the answer to this question through searches. Thanks!

I don't believes heroes have ever spawned near the capital. For as long as I can remember they have spawned next to the sovereign.

I believe there was no official word on why it got aced. After looking at the list again, it's most certainly not the only no-show.

Yeah would have been nice to have had some kind of conclusion to that thread.  Even if it was to say that some of those things turned out to be bigger jobs than was expected so there was no time or whatever.

Champions spawning at the capital would have been good.
