How do I get my avatar to display?

Stupid question, but how do I get it to show up? I've put in an avatar in my account options (put the same one for all three). But I'm still showing the "blank" avatar.

Sometimes it takes a while to show up. If it doesn't show up soon, try uploading it from this site.
