Non-founder star names

I thought  it'd be an interesting idea if those who, like me, aren't founders had somewhere to just collect all our star names, and maybe get them noticed by the Devs. Some I've thought of are Dresden and Estrella.

I wouldn't mind if they held a contest to let a few non founder names in.

 

But other then that, its a perk people pay for, so it's not gonna go over very well i imagine if they put non founder names in en masse just like that :P.

Star names are in a text file within the system somewhere, so in reality even non-founders can edit that file and put any star names they want in the game.  Not so much of a special perk after all...

but the founders star names appear in everyone's version of the game...unless modded out.

Didn't no that. Can't watch the hour long dev videos though ( limited internet ). Thanks for tellin' me, but I still want to hear some names from non-founders.

Just wish the damn thing would work for me so I could get mine registered. :p
