I've played the free version on my tablet. It's a blast! Their new version is still in the works and they have an early access offer available. I highly recommend it.

Played it on iphone (where it is fully released), lots of fun. Although I will admit, if it was on PC I probably would have played something (anything) better.

With the exception of FTL, I don't think there is anything better than Plague at that price point.
