Serial already registered

from Stardock Forums

Yeah this is a simple problem. I got a new computer, can't login with old serial despite using the same account (Steam and Stardock). It is saying I have to register despite me having an account.

Okay ANY help would be appreciated and I'll post relevant information but I've been trying to no avail for about 2 hours to get through this broken DRM.

I'm not sure. The phrasing in your first post is a little ambiguous, but to be on the safe side, I'll assume you know that your Steam and Stardock accounts are not necessarily using the same email address for identification. Your Stardock account is independent of your Steam account, and you should use the same consistent email address for all Stardock-related registrations.

I found the serial registered under another account of yours. I merged them together so that you can now activate with the credentials you signed into this forum with along with the serial number.
