New Year's Resolutions

Next year [it's 11 hours from now for me] Mine is to get on the Deadly Treadlie more....starting Day One.

I lost count of how many times I cycled in '13 ....probably because I can't even remember the last time...it was so long ago.

Ain't good enough.....not when you're pushing 60....;)

My resolution is to get better at re-framing each ending into a new beginning... Inspector Morse (BBC) said that as he faces mandatory retirement. Sounds good.

Walk more and eat less...in the winter months.  This is easy to do the rest of the year, but in winter I just want to hibernate, feeling cold 80% of the time! lol!

Haven't really thought about it, the last two years have been to continue to stay a non-smoker. But i think now that would be just something to use so i wouldn't have to have a valid one :P

But maybe i should with becoming healthier... since when i quit smoking i gain more weight then i want to admit :/
