I don't think you can buy a new laptop for playing games for less than 700 euros... 400 dollars sounds far too cheap to me.
But really... if it's for playing games, then don't waste your money on a laptop! It has limitations due to cooling problems and size limitations. Inferior CPU, inferior graphics card, inferior screen, inferior HDD ... everything is inferior so just don't do it.

This is the third thread you have started on this subject. You have received the same answers in each thread. $400 will not get you a 'gaming' notebook. You keep mentioning $400 and wanting to play games nicely. Well you are talking about notebooks with no dedicated gaming-graphics video card (ie. ATI or NVIDIA). The only thing you'll be able to 'play nicely' with the notebooks you keep linking in your various threads are facebook flash-games. That is all.
