physical ability effects by armor

i set a cobalt to 10W hp 0 SP so no mitigation and armor is 10

and KOL's gauss blast to 4W damage

each shot only take almost 22700 HP

when 20 armor only 17000 HP

and of course 0 armor is doubled 34000

so it seems basic 15% mitigation is still here

but how about energy/physical attack
