Humorous observation - I keep running into myself...

So, this has happened a few times now, both in LH as well as in FE.

I created a custom faction, and of course with accompanying custom Sovereign, a few games ago.  I always let the AI pick the factions randomly each game.

Well, in my last couple of LH games, the AI has picked my custom faction as one of the other factions, which I am playing as well.

It does rename the faction and Sovereign, but essentially everything else is the same.

 

I just find this amusing... my twin sister (female Sov) is out to steal the world from me!

I usually create a bunch of custom factions and usually only have 1 primary Sov for each - which I usually name after family members :)   Its fun.. after awhile I usually have games against all custom sov's since they seem to do pretty well in comparison.

I'm experimenting with teams now, seeing if it helps the AI out at all.  Dad's side is all empire, Mom's side is all Kingdom...

Yes, I have created 10 new sovereigns.  A few are decidedly weak - and have fun names like "Urasil the unready" with appropriate traits.  Most of the sovereigns, however, are designed to maximize a synergy and make some 'effective' troops.  Now, family members?  There just might be some fun therapy in this... thanks...
