[0.75][bug??] Tiles spawning resource yields

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, or just some part of the patch notes I missed, but I've noticed in my most recent game that several tiles which were completely devoid of resources when I first discovered them had gained resource icons on them (suitable for city-founding) once my city borders had reached them.

This isn't unwelcome, but is this supposed to happen? I certainly don't remember it happening before the 0.75 patch.

it happened before. You will see it more often now that cities can be built closer together. Your borders "cure" the land like the revive land spell.

I didn't know that! My friend actually informed of that today >_< Seems to have happened before too, yes. I just didn't grow large enough to see it.
