Bought LHs beta, can't play Fall Enchantress

I think this was my bad.  I purchased the Legendary Hero's beta from Steam for $39 expecting to be able to play both Fallen Enchantress as well as Lengendary Hero's beta.  Unfortunately this does not seem to be the case as I can only play the beta (it was the only version installed).  I thought from the various forum posts that the price of $39 was because it currently included Fallen Enchantress plus the Leg Heroes expansion pre-release.  I would like to play FE (especially the scenario) to get familiar with the game before I start playing and testing the LH beta.

I guess what I should have done is purchase FE first then use the discount for LH.  Is there a way for me get the FE install at this point?

LH is a "standalone expansion". Basically, it is a superset/evolution of FE, but does not require FE (nor include it).

If you want FE itself, you would have to purchase it separately.
