[Bug? .50] Taming creaures gives XP

from Elemental Forums

Both for taming Ascian, and taming an Underbeast thing bobber, I got XP.  both of them were tamed using a collar (the super special one for Ascian, obviously).  Is this intentional?

I think it is intentional because when playing a Beastlord you tame a lot and a Beastlord would not ask to give him no XP for all his work ^_^

I think beaten a monster is beaten a monster, no matter if you told him jokes till it died, knocked it out or tamed it. You are rewarded for...success.

It's even more funnier: note that tamed creature gains XP too.

Yes, the second thing is a little it strange, but I think that would be complicated to implement.

You can see it as if the tamed creature is rewarded as new member of the winning team :)
