AI suggestion for magicless sovereigns

Until the AI more reliably uses other champions to cast spells, the sovereign probably should cast Steal Spirit on the first champion it hires that has a spell trait to steal.

I noticed that a sovereign that I created with no specific magic skills never uses up its mana pool when it's AI-controlled.
