Wanting to 'support' tha game more

  Was wondering if one might be able to send in lets say 50 bucks and support the game now for a certain amount of 'promised' downloads later.  I for one don't really care if it's map packs, skins, ai tweeks, new creatures, quests, seiges, minor factions, or what ever else they come up with.  I got E:FE free, getting the next expansion free, but really care about this game & would like for devs to know how much. 

  I remember Frog saying something about pre-orders help give them an idea of where the game is or something - figuered this might work along the same lines

 

-side note: sorry I haven't been as active lately on forums, got my operation after waiting a year and 1/2, now I'm back to work (so a 100 bucks aint out of tha question (Gold membership or silver or copper - something)

The problem with a blanket amount is that it is human nature to judge the value of the amount spent vs. content received. It will almost certainly result in a segment of the customer base feeling short changed.

Buy a copy for a friend, have him/her return the favour when the time comes.

THey will be assimilated

 

- have already bought additional copies but most (4 out of 6) of my buddies don't care to play without multi-play

-Star Trek online has/had (just started playin) a $300 dollar 'gold' membership thing, wouldn't take too many of these to really juice the Nitro
