Errr, maybe I'm blind and/or stupid. But so far I haven't found a way to end treaties let alone an alliance.
Someone here able to enlighten me?
You can't. Non-aggression pacts, alliance and tribute treaties work a set amount of turn. The rest work indefinitely.
There is currently a bug, which allows the AI to end treaties before the expiring date, but that gets hopefully fixed soon.
Do you or anyone else for that matter know WHAT the amount of turns is an alliance lasts?
Iirc non-agg treaties last 50 turns.
