Confine Mouse Cursor?

Is there a way to confine the mouse cursor to the game window when playing in fullscreen on a multi-monitor system? I know of external programs I can run to accomplish it, but it would be nice to have an in-game option to confine the mouse cursor to the screen.

Without this capability edge-scrolling is kind of a pain.
