Playthrough: .992, Custom race/sovereign with 8 Ridiculous AIs [Stalled because of ImagePost being down]

This will be my final play-through of the vanilla Fallen Enchantress.  It will be on Ridiculous in version .992.  I do not expect to play much of the official version after release, and you will probably figure out why after reading about the troops that the AI uses on ridiculous.

In any case, the usual rules of my play-throughs will apply - no restoring but for crashes, abusing every tactic still left in the game, and of course, a mix of in character stories and out of character comments about what's going on.  By the way, do not expect a victory, my win:loss ration is 5:8, and that's counting only games that went past turn 10-15.

Here are the quick links you can follow to this AAR's different parts:

My old playthroughs:        .913, .915, .952, .98, .981, .982

The settings:                    Game settings, the custom race and sovereign, and the rules by which I will play

Turn 1 savegame:            Some people requested a way they can play the same game.  Please do not reveal anything I have not reached yet.

Turns 1 - ??:                     ... to be continued ...

Turn 1-??

Borislav was the son of a Krax centurion and a wealthy Eastern noblewoman.  He received an upbringing anyone would have envied - his parents wealth allowed him to develop his natural brilliance, hardy physique, and even his gift as a channeller.  For years, he served in Karavox armies, reaching the rank of general. He was put off by Karavox's cruelty, and disapproved of his tolerance of Death magic, but he was a loyal soldier, and had let no one know of his feelings on the subject.

In the Spring of 158 A.C. Borislav's unit was on its way to Goyarh Hediga from a successfully concluded campaign.  The road passed near Borislav's home. He decided to pay his parents a visit, and rode towards their holdings. As he crested the last hill, instead of his home, he saw a blackened heap of stones.  The disaster did not seem recent, and some destitute wretches had set up shelters near the ruin.  Borislav wasted no time getting the story from them.

At the end of the previous year, Karavox had once against raised taxes to unbearable levels while at the same time expecting peasants to labor at his construction projects nearly every other day.  A peasant revolt had erupted, and a rag tag army had made its way to the capital, only to be destroyed by Karavox.  But on the ways there, the rebels had passed through Borislav's homeland, and burned his parents inside their manor.  No Imperial official had thought it necessary to get word to Borislav, or to even reestablish control over the ruined estate and its inhabitants.

Borislav was beyond himself with rage.  The rebels were dead, but he found himself blaming Karavox.  What all his talk about uniting the men and fallen of the world under a single banner, Karavox's greed and cruelty prevented him from keeping even his homelands free of unrest.

Borislav found himself swearing that he would take his revenge on Karavox.  He knew it would take a long time before he could challenge the Emperor, but he had faith in his abilities.  He gathered the survivors of his parent's liegemen, and his most trusted soldiers, and simply rode away from his military commission, the lands of his birth, and all of his past.  He would start from nothing, he would strive to end Karavox's cruel reign, and he would do his best to bring peace and prosperity to the world, on the point of a sword if need be.

Note: Imagepost.org, which I use for pictures is down.  So there cannot be any pictures, and I hate to get too much ahead in my play from my stories, so I will wait for it to come back up before I play or post anything else.

One year later, in the Spring of '59, Borislav's party came upon a fertile plain near a forest and river.  There he decided to found his Capital.  He named his nation "The Efficiency of Krax", and resolved to run it fairly if ruthlessly.
