Will We Have to Redownload the Entire Game?

Having stayed caught up in Beta I'm wondering if we'll have to redownload the entire game when it's release or will we be able to just update the Beta version?

I think it was said that we will have to re-download the entire game. I'll see if I can find the thread where frogboy mentioned this.
