Scaling screenshots project

I am fond of ship comparison charts, especially mixed scifi ones. I couldn't help but notice there is not, in the entirety of the internet one containing Sins ships that I could find. Sins being a favorite universe of mine i decided to do something about this. Using carefully put together screenshots I have tried to accomplish this. the project is ongoing, but id like to share my first two results to see what people think. Let me know if you think im missing anything, of if i got my scaling off, (tried to be meticulous about this)

You're not using direct links. Right click on the picture and hit "View image" to get the real image, not those ad filled spam fests they want you to show.

To embed in the forum, get the 'direct link' from image shack when uploading. Here in the forum there is a 'Insert/Edit Image' button that looks like a tree, paste the direct link in the field.

When images are to large for the forum, I typically scale them down to fit and put a link underneath to the full image;

I set the width to 490 and centered 

 

To many pics like above will drastically effect the page load time  :thumbsdown:

thanks for the advice. I was using the little tree emblem, but it wasn't working for me. Im a coding idiot, (Probably why im a modding consumer rather than creator)

 

Im using a different hosting site and have posted a link to the gallery ill be using for all these shots in the OP. Imageshack kept telling me I needed a premium membership to zoom. Might be doing that wrong too :-)

No premium need unless that is a new thing for just new members.

All the picture sites I have seen give different types of links to share, you want 'Direct Link'.
