Upgrading info from elemental

Hello.

 

I pre ordered elemental a long time ago and was greatly disappointed by the end product, I actually have been back to these forums for a long time. 

Now, however, it looks like fallen enchantress is about to be what elemental should have been. I remember reading that those of us who pre ordered elemental will get FA for free, is that true? And if yes how do I get it?

If you preordered Elemental, FE should already be available for you on the store downloads page.

Well it's not, all I got there is GalCiv II and sins, I don't even got elemental in there.

You aren't trying to use Impulse are you?

I know this may sound like a stupid question, but many people along the way have made this mistake, so I'm just throwing it out there.
