My advice (which is limited) is download Notepad++. Best entity editing tool I have found.

Speaking of N++, I don't suppose there's actually a plugin or language someone's made to recognize entities and whatnot?

Anyways, OP, the best place to start would have been the weebly, but for whatever reason, that's still not up (apparently there was some fight between people, idk the story) and idk if it ever will be again.

The first step though to actually modding Sins would be to make sure you get all the text versions of all the files.  You can do this manually via convertData, but it may be more convenient to just download the copy harpo has posted.

This is what I meant by get the text version.  You can download (if you don't have it already; if you have rebellion, you do) ConvertData which is a program that converts everything into text format.  Right now, the data is stored as binary data and try as N++ might, it can't figure out what it's actually supposed to be.  Thus, you need to get the text files.

You can either use ConvertData if you're familiar with DOS or if not (or just lazy), just download harpo's copy.
