How do I change the shop sale price multiplier for items?

Hey all,

Does anyone know where in the data files do I find the value for the item sales price multiplier in the shops? It is currently at 10% of reported value, which I find a tad too low and unfair for my tastes...

After all, if I complete a quest and gain the dagger of amazing awesomeness (TM) which is reported at 3,000 Gold value, it is a bit disappointing to try and sell it only to get 300 gold for it

It appears to be hardcoded at this point in time.
